TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Bookings are undertaken on the understanding that customers have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions set out below. (We, as referred to in the terms and conditions , means S P Disco & DJ Services). Terms and conditions can be amended at any time, please refer to the terms and conditions below for most accurate and up to date terms and conditions of hire.

  2. Quotations run from the start time and to the end time, agreed at time of booking. Should you wish for an extension beyond these times it has to be discussed and agreed with the DJ on the night and is charged at £35 per part/full hour. (Charge is applicable after 15 mins of finish time and be paid for in advance)

  3. Requests are played at the DJ’s discretion and subject to availability

  4. Requests and specific tracks/music (e.g. wedding first dance) must be named at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure availability. We cannot be held responsible if requests are not received in time.

  5. Damage to equipment through misconduct of guests e.g. drunkenness, fighting or spillage of drinks, must be paid for.

  6. Violence or abusive behaviour towards the DJ/ Compere is not acceptable. This may result in early finish of the event and/or that guest or guests being asked to leave the event. Payment will still be expected in full. We cannot be held responsible for behaviour of guests/children or any third party.

  7. Costs, equipment sizes and any photographs displayed on the web site or in any literature are for demonstration purposes only. These may be subject to change at any time. Please contact us for a full list of equipment and for an accurate quotation for your event

  8. Costs vary according to size of event, type of event and access to the venue

  9. It is your responsibility to check with the venue access, times of access (at least 1 hour before to set up a medium show), adequate space, and safe electricity supply for the show that has been booked. Failure to do this may result in the booking being cancelled or downgraded at short notice. In the event of this, payment will still be expected in full.

  10. It is your responsibility to ensure we can use whatever effects have been agreed at time of booking at the venue (e.g. bubble and smoke machines)

  11. We have full public liability insurance up to £10m, however this does not cover use of our bubble and smoke machines.

  12. A booking is not confirmed until the receipt of at least 10% deposit and signed contract (unless otherwise agreed)

  13. Children's parties must have the correct ratio of adults to children e.g 1:5 for children under 3 years, 1:10 for 5 years and under and 1:15 for 12 years.

  14. We will help organisation and run party games for children's parties, provided there is sufficient adult supervision present. We do not supply prizes or party games materials unless otherwise stated or agreed before hand

  15. Payment Terms for all events (unless otherwise agreed):- Deposit minimum of 10% of full cost (to be received within 14 days of booking), balance on the day at the start of the event

  17. Deposits are non refundable
